New series!! Spring burst!! 新シリーズ！春ジュエリー

新シリーズです！ところがまたネーミングで詰まりました。できた作品はボタニカルなイメージで作ったもので、ちょっとサボテンみたいにも見えることからCactus Earring　と、サボテンの名前をいれたかったのですが・・・その時、頭をよぎるのが、もし次回、緑でない色で作りたくなったら？？ということです。早くも脳裏にはブラックスピネルの長方形がちらちらしています。結局、このチャームにイメージしていた芽吹きという意味に近いスプラウトという言葉を使ったネーミングに落ち着きましたが、なんだか、カイワレ大根か、アルファルファみたいな名前です。ですが、作品は気に入っていたのでえいやっとスプラウトイヤリングにて出品してしまいました。ネーミングは難しいですね。

I came up with the new series earrings. The finished piece reminds me of cactus! So maybe Cactus Earring may be a nice name! But at the moment, I thought, what if I want to make the gem rectangle with other color, not green? I already have some image of black spinel rectangle!
So I made up my mind, and settle with the name- Sprout earring. But I know it's not the perfect naming, but I like the piece and wanted to list ASAP. Listed them, but little doubtful, if people may feel they are like veggie.

Green amethyst trillion

ちっちゃなキュートなグリーンアメジストのトリリオンを入手しました！が、意外と難しい、この形を活かすには～と思いつつペンディング。いくつかあるペンディングストーンの仲間入りです((+_+))
けれど、ある日、またこのちっちゃな三角を手に取っているうちに二つ合わせればリボン！と思いつきました！手元にちっちゃなグリーンアメジストのリボンがあったらキュート！と思い、作りましたが、石が重すぎます。すぐに腕の内側に転がってきてしまいます。そこで、今度はネックレス！
ネックレスに仕上げたところで飾りをあしらうことを考えました。散々、色々なロンデルをあてがった後で2色を決定！でもぶら下げてみたらなんだか珍妙です|дﾟ)一粒、切りました。もう一粒。
結局、何もないほうが一番すっきりとグリーンアメジストのリボンが際立ちます。紆余曲折を経て写真の完成品とあいなりました。初めて作るシリーズや作品には結構時間がかかることが多いです。シンプルなのに、そこに至るまでぐるぐると。
I've got tiny cute green amethyst trillion!　But to make the best of this shape, was harder than I thought.　So,they joined the pending stones...But one day, I came up with the idea of making ribbon, putting two stones together. At first, I made bracelet, which was not good, because the stones were too heavy occasionally falling to the inner side of the wrist( is it good expression? Sorry about my poor English!)  I changed my mind to make necklace! Here I go, making ribbon necklace adorned by two small rondells after taking long time to choose two small rondelle beads.
But, it looked silly,ohhh. At last this is the ribbon necklace, taking long time. People may not feel this necklace takes long time to make.

＃Creema が手作りフードを始めた！！Creema started handmade food as new category!!

甘いものには目のないrobinです。このほど、Creemaが手作りフードの販売を開始するというニュースが！！これまで、etsyにておいしそうなスィーツを見ては、あ～発送に時間がかかるからちょっと無理かな～とあきらめていたのですが、すごく嬉しい(＾◇＾)早速見てみたところ、キュートなアイシングクッキーや、スコーン、アンパンなどなど見ているだけで気持ちアップです。ギモーブやヌガーやキャラメルとフィーとかもあるといいな～などとジュエリー出品を忘れてしまいそう。
Creema is one of leading marketplace in Japan,　now they start to sell handmade food such as cake, cookies, bread etc. I have a sweettooth! I used to watch etsy handmade sweets, but have to give up the idea of buying them because of the shipping time! Now I can buy handmade sweets
from creema, I almost forgot to list my jewelry watching so many goodies!

Non metalic plier! ペンチのニューフェイス！

この水色のペンチ、NewFaceです！なんと、金属でないペンチ！傷のつかないペンチを探していたrobinですが、このペンチを見たときは、その手があったか～としばし関心してしまいました。ペンチで傷をつけないようにするには、テープで巻いたり、Ｔool Magicを使ったり。けれど、今一つだな～と思っていましたが、ペンチそのものを樹脂にするとは！！使い心地は、よくもあり、悪くもあり。
金属がたくましすぎると、ペンチにあとがついてしまいます。つかんでいる分には傷はつかないのですが、作業によってはすべってしまうのであまり細かいことはやりにくい。古参のペンチたちが水色にびびっているみたいに見えます。
This sky blue plier is the new face! I was looking for the plier that won't mar the wire. Tried taping the plier, tool magic, but non of them are very satisfactory. When I saw the pic of this non-metalic plier, I was surprised and convinced! The result is so so. If the wire is too thick, the wire giver the plier some dent, and in some cases slippery. But for holding while doing wire wrap, it's fine! My old pliers don't look very happy sitting besides the non-metalic, maybe afraid of its color??
